1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services

Digital Growth Partners provides digital marketing services including but not limited to SEO, PPC advertising, social media marketing, web design, and digital consultancy. Specific services are defined in individual client agreements.

3. Client Obligations

Provide accurate and complete information
Grant necessary access to accounts and platforms
Respond to requests in a timely manner
Pay invoices according to agreed terms
Comply with applicable laws and regulations

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Standard terms require payment within 14 days of invoice date. Late payments may incur additional charges and service suspension.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of deliverables created specifically for them. We retain ownership of our proprietary tools, methodologies, and pre-existing intellectual property.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives termination of services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital Growth Partners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the services in question.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Early termination fees may apply as specified in individual agreements. Upon termination, client is responsible for payment for work completed.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. For clients in the UK or Australia, local consumer protection laws may also apply.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
